Hot Lunch Programs


Pizza days will take place on Tuesdays at lunch. Like most of the other schools in Ottawa, we will be using a website to order pizza. We are asking Hilson families to use hotlunches.net” to order pizza.
The website is hilson.hotlunches.net

Pizza for the winter term begins Tuesday January 9th. The deadline to order for the 9th is Friday January 6th at midnight. 
Please note, our online system allows for easy credit card or PayPal payments. If paying online is not for you paper order forms are still available in the office.

To place an order (it’s surprisingly easy!):
For New Students:
1. Go to http://hilson.hotlunches.net
2. Click REGISTER at the top right hand corner to sign up. Our school code is HAHL.
3. Enter your name, email address and phone number, then a user ID that you will use for access to the hot lunches website. Enter a password and then enter it again to verify that it is correct.
4. Once registered, you will be logged into the website.
5. Please add your child by clicking on "STUDENTS". If you have more than one child, click Add New.
6. Once your child has been added to the system, click Order below each child's name. Payments can be made online through PayPal. 

For Returning Students:

7. If you registered your child(ren) last year you will need to update their class. To do so click on STUDENTS then click on the pencil to edit the class. Choose your child’s class from the drop down menu. If your child’s class is incorrect your child will not receive their pizza!!

Please note:
• Sorry, no refunds for absent students.
• Participation is optional. This is a fundraising effort by the School Council, to benefit all Hilson
students.
